Job Description:
Overseeand coordinate the day-to-day operations of company activities. This includessupervising subcontractors, ensuring work progress according to schedule,compliance with safety and quality standards, and assisting with sitemanagement tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
- Enforce workplace safety and health practices in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications and drawings.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, site briefings, and daily inspections.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and attendance records.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and proper storage on-site.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts.
