Construction Supervisor

Job Description

Ming Sia Construction And Engineering Pte. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily construction and operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:

. Manage daily construction site operations and manpower deployment

. Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, and site activities

. Supervise workers and ensure smooth workflow

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures

. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel

. Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues

. Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation

. Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

. Good communication and leadership skills

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Familiar with construction site operations in Singapore

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Location

Singapore

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:30AM - 5:30PM

Salary Range

SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,800
