- Minimum 3+ years working relevant experience .
- Project oversight:Supervise all day-to-day activities on a construction site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Team management:Direct and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Safety and compliance:Enforce strict safety regulations and codes to maintain a safe work environment and ensure the project complies with building codes and legal requirements.
- Quality control:Conduct regular site inspections to check the quality of work, inspect materials, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Communication:Serve as the main point of contact between the construction team, subcontractors, management, and clients, providing progress reports and resolving issues
