CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

You will supervise work sites, drive company vehicles safely between sites and dormitories, and apply your knowledge and skills in UPVC works to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work site activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently, coordinating team efforts and monitoring compliance with safety standards
• Drive company-arranged lorries between work sites and dormitories, adhering strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
• Apply UPVC knowledge and skills to accurately perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of Class 3 Driving License
• Ability to drive company-arranged vehicles (lorry) safely and responsibly
• Knowledge and skillset in UPVC works relevant to installation and maintenance tasks
• Supervisory skills to oversee and coordinate work site operations effectively
• Advanced qualifications including work at heights and management, boom lift/scissor lift operation, rigger and signalman certification, formwork/scaffold expertise, bizsafe level 2/3 certification, TEWP operation, WSH management in construction sites, registered earthworks supervisor, and supervision of safe lifting operations
