Construction Supervisor

a. Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities.

b. Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

c. Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.

d. Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works.

e. Check and ensure material order and fabrication works in compliance with the specification and drawings.

f. Responsible for the day to day supervision of projects and carry out associated administrative duties.

g. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

h. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

i. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

j. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice-versa.

k. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Working conditions

Due to the nature of the job, there might be requirements for regular overtime work, weekend works and working with challenging client.

Requirement

.At least 1 years reinforced concrete works experience in construction is required.(Experience in formwork or carpentry is preferred)
