Construction Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor

A leading sports main/sub contractor specializing sports projects.

We are expanding our project team and looking for a driven Supervisor to deliver high-value construction projects in Singapore. You will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in coordination, planning, and execution on site.Key Responsibilities

. Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

. Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and ensure compliance with BCA, MOM etc

. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawings

. Manage material procurement and track project costs

. Resolve technical issues and liaise with authorities (LTA, PUB, SCDF, etc.)

. Conduct regular site inspections and update progress reports

Requirements

. Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

. All Experienced Group welcome. Experienced Personnel will have an advantage.

. Familiar with local codes (SS CP, BCA regulations, LEED/Green Mark is a plus)

. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD

. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

. Able to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environment

. SG/PR/S pass all positions open
