Job Description

Plan, organize, and control daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
Enforce strict safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment, inspecting equipment and work practices.
Direct, schedule, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, distributing tasks effectively.
Conduct field inspections, analyze progress, and ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and allocation.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors prepare daily logs, progress reports, and resolve issues.
Monitor project expenses and timelines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Proven background in construction, often requiring a high school diploma or relevant degree/certification.
Ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams.
Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written skills for clear direction and reporting.
Capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
