CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR CUM WSHC

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Liaise with subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor work progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
• Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective actions
• Enforce use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Assist in incident investigation and reporting
• Maintain proper site records (daily reports, safety checklists, permits)
• Ensure all workers have valid certifications and permits
• Liaise with relevant authorities when required
• Support audits and inspections

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
• Possess valid WSHC certification (required)
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Familiar with MOM safety requirements and site practices
