Construction Supervisor cum Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and company safety procedures.
• Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments.
• Investigate and report incidents, hazards, and unsafe practices.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain site records, safety documentation, and permits.
• Assist in site operations when required, including rebar tying and other miscellaneous construction works.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision and site safety coordination.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Possession of an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health is preferred.
• Certification in Manage Work at Height, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and Emergency Response Management will be an added advantage.
