Job Title: Construction Supervisor cum Driver (Custom Metal Fabrication)

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile Construction Supervisor cum Driver with deep expertise in sheet metal works and customized steel fabrication. This role is central to our operations, requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between high-precision workshop fabrication and on-site installation. You will manage site progress, lead a technical team, and handle the logistical transportation of bespoke metal components.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Supervision: Oversee the installation of customized steel structures and sheet metal components, ensuring they meet engineering blueprints and aesthetic standards.

• Hands-on Fabrication: Lead by example in the assembly and welding (TIG/MIG/Arc) of complex metal structures when technical troubleshooting is required.

• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site workers, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.

• Logistics Management: Operate company vehicles (Class 3/4) to transport fabricated parts, equipment, and manpower to project sites across Singapore.

• Project Coordination: Liaise with the workshop and project managers to ensure fabrication timelines align with site installation schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Singapore's construction or metal fabrication sector.

• Technical Mastery: Strong background in sheet metal works (layout, bending, forming) and professional-grade welding (TIG/MIG).

• Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 (Manual) or Class 4 license with a clean driving record.

• Mandatory Certifications: Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and 3D sketches.

Position Details

• Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000 (Commensurate with experience)

• Work Week: 5.5 Days

  • Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
