CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

-- Supervise and manage daily site operations for HDB civil projects and Oversee car park construction works (concrete, drainage, kerbs, road marking) and other ad-hoc works.
-- Ensure strict compliance with Housing & Development Board (HDB), Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and all statutory requirements.
-- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements - ensure all works are executed exactly as per approved drawings and Identify drawing discrepancies & resolve technical issues with consultants promptly.
-- Capable of independently handling and managing assigned projects and enforce site safety requirements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures at all times and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
-- Handle inspections with authorities and consultants and ensure successful approvals
-- Must be willing to work long hours to ensure the project deadlines.
-- Minimum experience above 25 years in relative field.
