We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams on site matters
- Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical issues when required
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety compliance at all times
- Monitor manpower deployment and site productivity
- Prepare daily site reports and update project progress to management
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site operations
- Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities where necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations in Singapore
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Possess relevant certifications such as BCSS/WSH preferred
