Job Description:
- Ensuring teams work together todeliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and teambuilding sessions are required .
- Ensuring adherence to health andsafety regulations at all times.
- Performing equipment material androutine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings withvendors, site inspectors managers and staff
- Working closely with architects and other professionals
- Staying up to date with safety codesand advancements in construction
- Assisting with the recruitment andtraining of new staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years working experience in construction industry.
- Must agree to work in sift basis Day/Night.
- Agree to work after the regular time schedule.
- Good communication skills.
