Working day : 6 days (able to work on night shift)
Site: Changi
Willing to work on weekend and PH when required
Must with site supervisor experience
- Follow the work schedule sequence for construction operation.
- Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
- Able to understand construction drawings.
- Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.
- Hands-on works of wet trade/ architectural/ steel work or any other activity that supporting project.
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
- Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Allocating work to workers, setting targets and communicating precise instructions.
- Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years experience as a site supervisor at Construction Site
- Diploma in Construction, Civil & Structural Engineering or any construction, electrical related study certificate
- Experience in the construction industry required.
- Experience in a leadership role recommended.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
