Job Description:

. Manage and supervise site team on-site construction activities from start to finish.

. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and local codes.

. Coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and field employees.

. Maintain daily reports, logs, and site documentation.

. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and drawings.

. Ensure safe work practices

. Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing to avoid delays.

. Work closely with the Project Manager to forecast labor, equipment, and material needs.

. Identify and resolve site issues, conflicts, or potential delays promptly.

. Conduct inspections to verify work meets design and quality standards.

. Support project closeout, including punch list management and final inspections.

Requirement:

. At least 15 years of experience in industrial MEP construction

. Have good experience to manage direct workforce of at least 50 pax

. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.

. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

. Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
