Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities between the project team, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Lead and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, consultants, and clients on site matters.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
• Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Resolve site issues and report delays or technical problems promptly.
• Attend site meetings and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper documentation on site.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.
• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possession of relevant safety certificates (e.g. Supervise Construction Work for WSH) is an advantage.
