Your duties as a Site Supervisor are as follows:
To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site.
a)Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections.
b)To oversee daily operation at site. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.;
c)assign tasks to construction laborers, keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets
d)Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.;
e)Document recording and preservation during construction
f)Handle and solve problems at site.;
g)Participate in the on-site meeting and report the construction situation;
h)Ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
Any other duties when assigned;
