Construction Site Supervisor

Responsible for directly supervising all workers.

Shall be a leadership role model on the construction site.

Acting as the primary link between the site workforce and project management.

Coordinating daily activities.

Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality,

Driving project to achieved milestones to successful completion.

Job Description:

. Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

. Assign tasks to construction workers

. Produce employee and project schedules

. Supervise and train workers

. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

. Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

. Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work

. Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme

. Handle of technical and engineering problems

. Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time

. Supervise ongoing site activities closely
