We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities of all our project sites and ensure our projects are completed safely within the required timeframe and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Manager in overseeing all project sites to ensure smooth running of site operations and monitoring of work progress at sites.
- Responsible for overall planning, coordination and execution of projects
- Daily reporting on progress and monitoring schedules to Project Manager
- Monitor daily work progress and site productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with project teams and clients on site matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / Equivalent qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction site supervisory experience.
- Able to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
What We Offer:
- Monthly Salary: $3,500 - $6,000
