Construction Site Supervisor (Digital Operations)

We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with strong digital skills to oversee daily site operations, coordinate site workers, and manage job site reporting efficiently through digital tools. The candidate should also be able to perform minor masonry and fabrication works as required daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation activities on site
• Coordinate and deploy workers to the required job sites based on project schedule
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and site safety compliance
• Identify, record, and report job site defects promptly
• Use mobile apps, WhatsApp, Google Drive, site management systems, or other digital tools to upload photos, videos, and defect reports
• Track defect rectification progress and follow up with the relevant teams
• Liaise with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations
• Attend site inspections and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Maintain proper site documentation, attendance, and daily site updates
• Ensure workers arrive on site on time and are assigned correctly according to work requirements
• Provide training and guidance to workers on the safe and proper use of tools and equipment, and conduct hands-on demonstrations on fabrication methods and material handling.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, renovation, or interior fit-out site supervision

• Able to coordinate multiple workers and job sites efficiently

• Familiar with using smartphones, tablets, and digital platforms for reporting

• Able to upload site defects, progress photos, and site updates digitally

• Good understanding of site operations, workmanship standards, and safety requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, hands-on, and able to solve problems on site

• Singapore site experience will be an advantage

Preferred Digital Skills

• Taking and organizing site photos systematically

• Uploading defect reports through shared folders or project software

• Using Excel, Google Sheets, or project tracking systems

• Sending clear daily updates to management and operations team

• Basic scheduling and manpower deployment using digital tools

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on site supervisor who is not only strong in construction coordination, but also comfortable with digital reporting and worker deployment. He should be able to ensure site issues are documented quickly, workers are arranged efficiently, and project communication remains clear and organized.
