Job Summary
Lead site coordination and daily construction operations to ensure project progress, quality, and cost control. Manage teams, resources, and scheduling to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth daily construction activities
- Manage and oversee deployment of general workers on-site to optimize workforce efficiency
- Maintain site access and safety throughout the construction period
- Monitor work progress and resource utilization to meet project timelines
- Control and reduce material wastage through effective monitoring
- Interpret project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings to guide work execution
- Plan and schedule work activities, material requisitions, and project coordination tasks
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records for management review
- Implement proactive measures to monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns
- Lead and motivate a team of operation staff to achieve project goals
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Required competencies and certifications
- Five (5) years of working experience in the construction industry
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Diploma holders with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered
