- Overall in charge of site coordination
- Work closely with clients, as their representative and ensure effective delivery within the expected time, cost and quality objectives
- Supervision and management of all the technical professionals inclduing Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) at site
- Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
- Plan Site temporary facilities including site access and proper storage areas
- Lead a team of operation staff daily operations
- Manage and oversee the day-to- day construction activities of the project
- Ensure safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene program are in place
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
- Present reports defining project changes and interventions to achieves project output
- Assist Project Manager in the administration of claim, variation and any dispute arises
- Ad hoc assignment
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
Demonstrates effective leadership, sound decision-making, and excellent problem-solving abilities
