CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise daily site operations to ensure works complywith approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

. Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment tomeet project timelines

. Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions toaddress delays or issues

. Manage and control subcontractors performance, ensuringquality and compliance with project requirements

. Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities oninspections, technical matters, and coordination

. Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, andenvironmental regulations in Singapore

. Identify and resolve site technical issues andcoordination conflicts promptly

. Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship andadherence to construction standards

. Implement method statements, risk assessments, and safework procedures

. Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices andmaintain a safe site environment

. Verify work done for progress claims, variations, andsubcontractor payments

. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reportsand progress updates

. Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
