Manage the construction of landed residential projects by coordinating site activities, procuring materials, monitoring costs and progress, ensuring quality and safety, and resolving daily operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage the construction process of landed residential projects to ensure timely and quality completion
- Coordinate site activities with workers and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations
- Procure materials required for each phase of the project to support uninterrupted progress
- Monitor build costs and project progress to maintain budget and schedule adherence
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure construction meets required standards
- Perform safety inspections to uphold workplace safety regulations
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues promptly to minimize project delays
- Apply knowledge of architectural and structural aspects to support project execution
