Construction (Scaffolding) Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scaffolding Engineer to join our team to support the design, planning, and supervision of scaffolding works for our projects. This full-time role involves working closely with key stakeholders such as senior engineers and contractors to deliver efficient, reliable, and timely project outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry safety regulations and standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and regularly review key project deliverables, including layout drawings, technical plans, and calculation statements
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Oversee project sites to verify quality control and perform material checks during installation, maintenance, and dismantling works
Maintain site documentation, reports, and safety records
Coordinate and liaise with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors on project progress and workmanship
Provide technical guidance and solutions on-site

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in construction engineering or project works preferred
• Familiarity with relevant Singapore safety regulations
• Knowledge and proficiency in scaffolding systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with good communication and coordination abilities
