We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, project sales, and client coordination across renovation, maintenance, and building works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in renovation, maintenance, and construction projects
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on site requirements
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate with technical and operations teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Support project handover and maintain strong post-sales relationships
- Assist in tender submissions and project documentation when required
