Job Summary
Manage and lead project execution in the construction industry by overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead project execution by managing timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial plans
- Coordinate communication and activities with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to maintain seamless project progress
- Collaborate with site engineers to identify and resolve project-related challenges, ensuring continuous advancement of work
- Optimize operations and workflows throughout the project lifecycle to enhance efficiency and achieve project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or M&E Manager in the Construction Industry
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
