CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

- Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work

- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including

documenting the projects with photos

- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.

- Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works

- Participate in site meetings with clients/ subcontractor/ suppliers and propose improvements if necessary

- Liaise with clients representatives with regards to all site matters.

- Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site

- Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment

- In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation

- Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations

- Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing

- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite
