CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

You will supervise site operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications, coordinate technical submissions, and support project management activities to drive timely, safe, and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues efficiently
• Supervise daily work activities to ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning check sheets, and work progress reports collaboratively with project teams
• Direct and brief foremen and workers on new tasks, monitoring progress to maintain quality standards
• Monitor workers punctuality and oversee accommodation and transport arrangements
• Advise workers on necessary safety precautions to maintain a safe work environment
• Report accidents, project delays, and equipment damage promptly to relevant parties
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit accurate shop drawings
• Prepare and coordinate technical submissions with authorities, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing the master construction programme and project scheduling
• Support the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor resources
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and technical issues
