Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction works.
Manage site supervisors, coordinators, service providers, plant & equipment teams.
Coordinate main contractors and site activities.
Ensure works comply with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulations.
Manage temporary works, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Execute projects within schedule, budget, and contract specifications.
Lead site teams and ensure quality & safety compliance. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) registered with PEB Singapore.
Minimum 10 years construction experience, including 3 years in inspection.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in MS Project & AutoCAD .
Experience in RTO role & BCSS is an advantage
