Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction works.

• Manage site supervisors, coordinators, service providers, plant & equipment teams.

• Coordinate main contractors and site activities.

• Ensure works comply with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulations.

• Manage temporary works, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.

• Execute projects within schedule, budget, and contract specifications.

• Lead site teams and ensure quality & safety compliance. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) registered with PEB Singapore.

  • Minimum 10 years construction experience, including 3 years in inspection.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Project & AutoCAD .

  • Experience in RTO role & BCSS is an advantage
