Degree in civil engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer.
Minimum 12 years of civil engineering experience and at least 8 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction works.
Must have experience in managing and constructing deep underground MRT stations, launch shaft, cut and cover tunnels, foundations, ERSS, traffic and utilities diversion.
Experience in addition alteration works to existing MRT structures and capability of performing precise survey and control alignments.
Experience in coordinating with public transport operators, LTA SWCs and various agencies, familiar with the requirements and limitations of carrying out construction within or adjacent to operational railway facilities and be able to plan and sequence the works to meet the scheduled completion dates.
