CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

Job Responsibility

• Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.

• Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

• Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.

• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.

• Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least 1 completed project cycles.
