Responsible for executing and complete projects on schedule
Arrange & Conduct meeting with client, design consultants, suppliers and consultants, suppliers and subcontractors for the project execution works.
Familiar on Both New Build and A&A worksManage the team to on progress and performance of the project.
Ensure Project Safety and Environment Management System Implementation.
Review and approve monthly progress report.
Oversee Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Operations for all works.
Resolve internal and external disputes.
Hold daily or weekly team meeting in conjunction with PD to discuss productivity, engineering, purchasing, programme, quality, safety environmental and security and allocate follow up actions for the team members.
Establish and maintain site operations in accordance with company's policies and procedures and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Any other matter related to the carrying out of the works and/or the due fulfillment the contract.
