Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and complete construction projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily site activities and supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work quality meets project specifications and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and suppliers on project progress.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and necessary documentation.
• Manage material orders, cost control, and project resources.
• Solve site issues and ensure smooth workflow throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
