Construction Project Manager

Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager for Scaffolding Works is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing scaffolding-related projects in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This role ensures proper installation, inspection, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures for industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage scaffolding activities from project initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure requirements are met. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and material procurement plans. Review structural drawings and ensure scaffolding design meets safety and load requirements. Supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling according to manufacturer and regulatory standards. Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines. Manage workforce allocation and monitor productivity and performance of scaffold crews. Resolve technical issues, site conflicts, and delays to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and permits as per industry and legal standards. Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety (WSH), MOM regulations, and ISO quality standards. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in scaffolding or construction project management. Valid certifications such as BCSS, Scaffold Supervisor Course, WSH certification (preferred). Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, construction processes, risk assessment, and safety protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
