  • Minimum diploma qualication and higher skills
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, phases, and milestone goals.
  • Budget and Finance: Manage costs, approve purchases, track expenditures, and negotiate contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site meets local building codes and legal rules.
  • Communication: Update clients and stakeholders regularly on progress, delays, and budget changes
