Job description
. Project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule
and budgeted cost
. Planning and creating schedules and project timelines
. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives
. Ensuring all works carried out to meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements
. Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all projects matters
. Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meet clients & regulatory requirements, as well as environmental,
safety and health practices, are carried out at all times
. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers/site supervisors and sub-contractors
. Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time
Job requirements
. Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in Building Projects Construction Management with the Main contractor
. Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
. Diploma/Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering) or equivalent
. Possess Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills
. Good team player with strong leadership skills, well organized, meticulous positive work attitude.
