Construction Project Manager ( Construction /main con / Good Pay +Good Bonus

. Lead and manage HDBconstruction projects from project commencement to completion.

. Plan, coordinate, andoversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.

. Monitor projectprogress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

. Liaise with clients,consultants, architects, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

. Ensure all works arecarried out in accordance with project specifications, HDB requirements, andBCA regulations.

. Manage projectdocumentation, progress reports, and site meetings.

. Candidates must havesuccessfully completed at least one HDB BTO project as a Project Manager

. Perform any other dutiesassigned by Management.

Job Requirements

. Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 5-8 years of construction project managementexperience in Singapore.

. Must have provenexperience managing HDB residential construction projects.
