Job Summary
Lead and manage construction projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, timely delivery within budget, and safety standards while maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings and specifications to meet client requirements
- Proactively seek clarifications from Client's Consultant for any ambiguities or missing information to prevent delays
- Lead the project team to deliver projects on time and within the approved budget
- Coordinate and arrange adequate work areas for incoming subcontractors to prevent stand-by time and delays
- Collaborate with the site safety team to achieve zero accident incidents on site
- Maintain accurate records of additional works and submit information to headquarters QS for variation order follow-up
- Demonstrate ownership mindset by managing resources cost-effectively and working diligently
- Represent the company professionally by maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all staff members
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Master's or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the local construction industry

- Strong analytical skills to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
