CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and MOM guidelines.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Lead and mentor site supervisors and project teams to achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
