Responsibilities:

• Managing high rise building projects and / or complete 2 cycle HDB BTO Project.
• Overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting Assist to Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognised or relevant
