Job Summary
Support the Project Director in planning, coordinating, and managing project schedules and deliverables. Apply technical expertise in structural steelworks through proficient use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director to develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely progress aligned with project objectives.
- Use AutoCAD to create, review, and modify architectural and structural drawings, supporting accurate project implementation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document project updates, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and generate detailed reports tracking project milestones and progress.
- Employ project management software to monitor task completion, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring effective and efficient project delivery.
- Interpret and analyze technical architectural and structural drawings to identify project requirements and support informed decision-making.
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience in the Structural Steelworks field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
