Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations
• Resolve scope, variation, and retention issues with assertiveness and professionalism
• Chair progress meetings and provide clear, structured reporting to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
