Air-conditioning& mechanical Ventilation Contractor Company in the construction industry islooking for candidates for the positions of Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee ACMV installation projects from planning to completion.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Supervise site installation works, ensuring quality standards and compliance with approved drawings.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and variation orders.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to ACMV systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
- Ensure works comply with regulatory standards from the Building and Construction Authority.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and balancing of ACMV systems before handover.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and completion reports.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Ensure successful project handover, documentation submission, and defect rectification.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ACMV or M&E construction projects.
- Possess good time management, strong planning, organizational and supervision skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
