Portfolio: 1-3 proj, 10 mCHF/a, 70%exec-30%design
Project P&L responsibility
Responsible for global project management including orders` execution
Responsible for management of internal & external stakeholders
Ensures proj compliance with Hilti rules and guidelines (also global)
Profile
Highly experienced senior manager with international sales, construction project management experience
Able to orchestrate international complex commercial deals and manage large order execution
Understands commercial, technical, logistic, financial, legal and other aspects related to providing complex solutions combining product, services & software
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, quick learner, self-motivated and positive attitude
Able to steer teams remotely
Able to lead without direct report, to coach others and to work in matrix organization
Able to communicate at top management and across organization levels
