Position Title: Project Director (Data Centers)

Overview
Lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from planning through completion.
- Lead project teams and manage key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Support client engagement, project pursuits, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years experience delivering complex construction or mission-critical projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing projects across multiple locations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
