CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Project Cost Consultant duties.
• Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
• Sourcing of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in tender preparation and participation
• Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission
• Coordinate with Main-Con and sub-con for progress claims, variation works and finalization of accounts
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction firm.
• Independent and committed
• Good communication and coordination skills
