- The role focuses on securing statutory approvals from agencies like the NEA, PUB, and SCDF to ensure the compliant, safe, and continuous operation of manufacturing sites
- Lead and manage statutory submission and permitting workflow with BCA (ST Submission, Permit to Commence works, As-built, TOP, CSC)
- Appointed as the contact person between with company, design team and Qualified Person(s) for permitting-related activities.
- Responsible for leading permitting weekly meetings
- Act as an advisory role to the teams to ensure that design and plant operation meet local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.
- Identify non-compliances and propose mitigation measures where possible.
- Technical documents for QP's submission.
- Collate project control plans and building plans based on engineering deliverables for QP's submission.
- Responsible for obtaining permitting approvals timely to support project milestones.
- Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction/ manufacturing plant projects
