Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender documents and quotations
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitor project costs
• Review and manage construction contracts
• Prepare and negotiate variation orders and claims (VO Claims)
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project teams
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong experience in tendering, cost management, contracts, and claims
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Must be willing to work on a shift basis (day/night)
• Must be willing to work on Sundays and Public holidays
• Good command of English
