Takasago Singapore is a cleanroom engineering company specializing in Cleanroom Design & Build projects for a variety of industries such as semiconductor manufacturing plants, disk drive manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical plants and laboratories. We also installed substantial HVAC systems for high-rise buildings, hotels, shopping centres, ordinary factories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed work schedules and master programs to ensure timely project delivery
- Document and distribute minutes for every project meeting to maintain clear communication and accountability
- Monitor project milestones and implement corrective actions to ensure completion on schedule
- Respond to new job inquiries by evaluating project requirements and determining accurate pricing strategies
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff to build a competent project team
- Communicate effectively with Japanese clients to manage expectations and foster strong business relationships
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience managing and communicating with Japanese clients
